The Dartmouth Yacht Club is nestled in a sheltered recess with high land on both sides (historically known as Wright's Cove) on the eastern shore of Halifax Harbour.

Outdoors or indoors we can accommodate your event. The patio is perfect for a BBQ after a day on the water, or warm up with friends in front of our new fireplace.

The DYC clubhouse can accommodate parties of up to 80 persons for dinner or a casual gathering and any of your special occasions!

Dartmouth Yacht Club has seen tremendous growth in its yacht racing program, doubling participation in the past several years. To ensure our program continues to expand and improve we have established the following waypoints to maintain our course for continuous growth and improvement.
